How We Do It

We are a full-service event photography, web and print design company based in the San Francisco Bay Area of Northern California.

Photography

We shoot with the latest digital SLR cameras and accessories. We aim for high-quality imaging with unprecedented speed. We setup, shoot and print a collection of photographs and photo-packages of your full party or event with a minimum of wait time. We come equipped with our full portable studio with lights and backdrops.

Unlike typical photography and photo printing, we use state-of-the-art high-volume dye sublimation photo printers. These industrial strength printers are not at all like inkjet printers. They utilize a complex combination of roll paper and ink ribbon technology that can process a typical 5 x 7 print in just over 30 seconds.

The photographs are printed on the finest paper and will last from 50 to 100 years. Your photos are coated with a protection layer that allows them to be handled without being ruined.

In addition to frameable 5 x 7 prints, we can create custom packages combining several photo sizes such as one 5 x 7 with two 3 x 5's and several wallet size prints.

What we need from you

Upon arrival at your event or party, we need access to an electrical outlet and a 15 x 15 foot space minimum.

How much do we cost?

Each job can vary due to various idiosyncrasies and conditions, but we consider ourselves very reasonable. We'll be happy to provide you with a custom quote for your particular event.

Special features

Additionally, we can develop an online edition of your photos for you and your guests to peruse after the date of the event. Prints can be ordered and delivered as you wish.

Photographer Russell Mondy has over 15 years experience as an art director and designer He is an award-winning designer who has worked extensively in Los Angeles, Atlanta and San Francisco. He has worked for Universal Television, Fox, KQED (PBS) Television, The Creative Work Fund and The San Francisco Study Center and many more. He is the founder and creative director of Activeplanet Studio.
